"Exchange was straightforward"
The exchange was simple. The return went fine too, even if it was a bit slower than I expected. Not really sure what else people want, it got handled in the end.

I emailed them with a question and they got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. They sorted it out without making it a whole ordeal. that’s the right way to treat customers, just be responsive and straightforward.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
My order actually arrived quickly, which was a nice surprise. The only thing is the tracking didn’t update for a bit, so it kind of felt like they dropped the ball there. Still, everything came in fine and I’d probably order again.

My order showed up packed really well, with no damage at all. The box was neat and everything inside was secure, which kind of surprised me because I wasn’t expecting them to put that much care into it. Happy with how it arrived.

"They sent me the wrong items"
I ordered two items and somehow neither one matched what I picked. The size was wrong and the color was wrong too, so it really feels like someone just wasn’t paying attention when packing my order. I had to message them and wait around to get it sorted out, which was frustrating. I expected them to get a simple order right the first time.

I tried using it on my phone and, it was frustrating. The pages kept freezing, and then checkout was... yeah, just kind of confusing to get through.

I did like what I ordered, and the quality seems decent, but I guess I was expecting just a bit more for the price. It’s not bad at all, I’m just not totally sure it’s the best value for the money

"The dress feels really nice on, like soft..."
The dress feels really nice on, like soft against the skin and no scratchy weird feeling or anything. I wore it for the whole evening and it was totally fine. Only thing is, after a few hours it does start feeling a bit warm, not terrible, just kinda noticeable.

"I picked this up because the style reminded..."
I picked this up because the style reminded me of something my sister would wear, and I really liked the look of it in person. That said, the quality feels just okay for the price. The fabric is decent but not anything special, and I noticed a small loose thread in the stitching. I’ll still wear it, but I was expecting it to feel a little nicer.

"Cute colors, but a bit cluttered"
I really like the colors and the overall look is cute, but compared to other layouts I’ve used, this one feels a little cramped. It took me a bit longer to figure out where everything was, so it ended up feeling more confusing than I expected.

"Surprisingly painless refund"
I had to send my order back because, genius that I am, I picked the wrong size. I was expecting the usual refund adventure, but it was actually really smooth. Customer service got back to me quickly, explained what to do, and the money showed up in my account a few days later. No drama, no chasing anyone down. annoyingly easy in the best way.

"Cute Fit, Just Runs a Bit Small"
I thought this was super cute when I tried it on, but it definitely felt a little snug. I’d probably size up next time just to be more comfortable. Other than that, the fit and style are really nice.
